How we work

We do not sell software. We join the team.

Three multimodal agents, working together inside your organisation, reading the telemetry of the working day and coaching your people before the cost shows up in results. This is the whole process, end to end.

The problem

Why the wellbeing industry has failed.

Billions have been spent. Burnout has still risen every year. The reason is structural, not effort. Everything on the market waits to be used, and exhausted people do not have the capacity to use it.

Wellbeing became a benefit, not a system

Apps, subscriptions and awareness weeks sit outside the working day. They ask tired people to do more work in order to feel better.

Surveys arrive after the damage

An engagement survey tells you how last quarter felt. By the time the score drops, the person has already been carrying the load for months.

Dashboards wait to be looked at

Another chart of averages, refreshed daily, read by nobody. Data without action is just a record of the decline.

Good coaching reaches too few people

A skilled human coach can make a meaningful difference, but few people have regular access to one. Most are offered occasional, general advice instead.

What we solve

Capacity is the constraint. Nobody was measuring it.

Organisations measure output relentlessly and the human engine producing it not at all. Sloane makes working capacity visible and coachable in real time, so performance is sustained across a season rather than spent in a sprint.

The architecture

Three multimodal agents, one judgement.

Two agents observe, in completely different languages. The third only speaks when both agree. That gate is what makes the coaching trustworthy rather than noisy.

Agent 01

The Physiology Agent

Body signals

Reads wearables continuously, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep architecture, respiratory rate and training load. It learns your personal baseline and scores deviations against you, never against a population average.

  • Continuous biometric normalisation
  • Personal baseline learning
  • Early strain detection
  • Recovery debt tracking
Agent 02

The Work Agent

Working patterns

Reads the shape of the working day from calendars, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Metadata only, never message content. It sees meeting density, fragmentation, after-hours drift and collaboration overload.

  • Calendar load and fragmentation
  • After-hours activity drift
  • Metadata only, no message content
  • Deep work windows
Agent 03

The Coaching Agent

Judgement and action

Only acts when the first two agents agree. It reasons over both streams, forms a hypothesis, and proposes one specific, small intervention. Nothing is sent, moved or shared until you approve it.

  • Cross-signal reasoning
  • Confidence gated proposals
  • Text and voice conversation
  • You approve every action

The architecture

You cannot pour raw heart rates into a language model.

A heart rate of 95 beats per minute is panic at a desk and perfectly normal on the stairs. Raw numbers mean nothing without context. So the system runs as three separated tiers, each doing a job the others cannot.

Tier 01, Biometric normalisation

Light time-series models learn each person’s baseline, what their body looks like under normal, high-stress and recovery states. Strain is scored against the individual, never a population average.

Tier 02, Telemetry contextualiser

This layer reads the digital footprint: calendar density, back-to-back meetings, and messaging velocity. Metadata only, never message content.

Tier 03, Agentic reasoning

The coaching agent maps the two vector streams together and reasons. High strain plus a high-stakes meeting in 45 minutes means a high risk of panic, so it triggers a decompress-and-defer prompt. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

The digital team

A digital twin of every person, and of the team they form.

Each person has a living model of how they work and recover, something you can talk to rather than stare at. Put those models together and you have a digital team, a real time picture of collective capacity.

Leaders see where load is concentrating, which groups are running a recovery deficit, and what the next fortnight looks like if nothing changes. Always aggregated. Individual detail stays with the individual.

The engagement

How we become part of your organisation.

01

We connect, quietly

Wearables, calendars and team tools are linked in minutes. No new habits, no manual logging, no extra app for people to forget about. The signal starts flowing on day one.

02

We learn your organisation

The first weeks are calibration. Sloane learns individual baselines and the rhythms of your operation, race weeks, quarter ends, deployment windows, so it understands the difference between a hard period and a harmful one.

03

We coach, in the flow of work

People talk to Sloane by text or voice, the way they would talk to a trusted coach. It checks in before strain becomes visible, protects focus time, and suggests small corrections that fit the week in front of them.

04

We prove what worked

Every suggestion is measured against what happened next. What worked is kept, what did not is dropped. Leaders see capacity and risk at team level, aggregated and privacy preserving, never individual readouts.

The benefits

What changes once we are in.

Days earlier

Burnout risk surfaced before it reaches a manager or a resignation

Zero effort

No logging, no surveys, no dashboards to check

Every person

Elite coaching quality extended to the whole organisation

Aggregate only

Leaders see team capacity, never individual private data

Privacy is the foundation, not a policy page. Communications are read as metadata only, never content. Personal biometrics stay personal. Leaders receive aggregated capacity, and every action Sloane proposes is confirmed by the person it affects. Read our safety approach.
