Building Sloane with the organisations who will use it.
Sloane Labs works with a small number of design partners to develop its AI performance coach in real working environments. The purpose is straightforward: to understand how pressure, workload and recovery affect people at work, and to build a system that can support them without compromising their privacy. Each partnership is carefully scoped, closely governed and developed with the people who will use it.
Tell us about the challenge
The application asks about the pressure your people are facing, the systems already in place and the outcome you want to achieve. We do not ask for budget or procurement details at this stage.
Meet the people building Sloane
We begin with a thirty-minute conversation to understand your organisation and answer your questions. We will be clear about what Sloane can do today and where further development is required.
Begin with a small group
The first stage involves a limited number of participants. With their consent, Sloane connects to their wearable and calendar data and begins to understand their individual patterns of work and recovery.
Test the system carefully
During the initial period, Sloane observes patterns and provides private coaching. It will not alter a calendar or send a message without the person’s express approval.
Shape what comes next
We review the evidence with you, learn what works and decide what should be developed next. Your experience helps shape the product and the standards around its use.
Become a design partner
Tell us about your organisation and the problem you are trying to solve. Every application is reviewed by our team. If we believe Sloane can help, we will reply within two business days.
