Sloane Labs
Phase 03, live in the cohort

Phase 3. Protocol co-design.

Phase 3 moves from reading your situation to changing it. Sloane works through a short intake with you, one question at a time, then builds a protocol that fits your week and adjusts as the week changes.

Designed with you, not handed to you

A protocol nobody agreed to is a protocol nobody follows. Sloane starts with a conversation covering sleep, training, travel, caffeine, family commitments and the parts of the job that are not negotiable. One question at a time, in plain English.

What comes out is a small set of changes that fit the life you actually have. Whole life, not just working hours.

It adapts

The protocol is not fixed for a quarter. When your baseline moves or your calendar turns ugly, Sloane proposes a change and explains what prompted it. A hard travel week gets a different plan from a quiet one at home.

Competing goals

Most people are chasing more than one thing at once: sharper mornings, better sleep, keeping fitness while the job is heavy. Sloane holds those goals with weights rather than pretending they can all be maximised, and is explicit when one has to give way.

Guardrails

Sloane is a performance coach, not a clinician. It does not diagnose, it does not prescribe, and it says so plainly when something belongs with a doctor. Anything that touches medication or a clinical symptom is handed back to you with a clear recommendation to seek proper advice.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the intake take?
Usually ten to fifteen minutes, and you can stop and return. Sloane keeps what you have already answered.
Is this a supplement plan?
No. The protocol covers sleep, timing, load, recovery and the structure of the working day. Sloane does not sell or prescribe anything.
Who can use Phase 3 today?
It is live for design cohort members while we refine how the protocol adapts. It opens more widely after that.
