Phase 2 turns your wearable and calendar signals into a personal baseline, then uses that baseline to show where your capacity is heading over the next 72 hours.
A baseline of your own
Population averages are close to useless at an individual level. A resting heart rate that is normal for one person is a warning for another. Sloane builds a rolling baseline from your own readings using an exponentially weighted moving average, so recent weeks count for more than last spring.
Signals arrive through our wearable integrations, which cover most of the devices people actually own. Sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and activity are stored as a single canonical record rather than a per-device silo.
The working day counts too
Recovery does not happen in a vacuum. Sloane reads the shape of your calendar: meeting density, fragmentation of focus time, how late the day runs and how little gap sits between commitments. It reads structure only. Titles, attendees and content are masked before anything is stored.
The same principle applies to Slack and Microsoft Teams, where the signal is timing and tempo rather than message content.
The next 72 hours
With a baseline and a calendar, the near future becomes readable. Sloane shows where capacity is likely to fall, which day is carrying the load and what is driving it. The forecast is short on purpose. Three days is far enough ahead to change something and close enough to be honest about.
How you see it
The dashboard is deliberately sparse: current readings, direction of travel and the one or two things worth noticing. If you want the detail, you ask for it in the conversation rather than hunting through widgets.

- Sloane connects with Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Apple Health, Fitbit, Polar and most other mainstream devices.
- How long before the forecast is useful?
- Around two weeks of readings gives a workable baseline. It keeps improving from there as the average settles on your own normal.
- Does Sloane read the content of my calendar?
- No. Only structural metadata such as timing, duration, density and gaps. Titles and attendees are masked before storage.
